Architects and Developers

In the last 10 years, AWS has installed many commercial installations. These have been for both new developments (Brookvale Lifestyle) and existing buildings (University of Western Sydney).

We are in design and specification stages for many new developments with architects, designers, builders and specifiers. We can tailor make the design of the array to suit any roof. The range of applications covers residential flats to warehouse properties.

We are currently waiting to be advised of any additional grants or incentives from the new government, but, in addition to the current funding arrangements, there can be significant tax depreciation offsets with commercial installations. We would naturally suggest you seek professional advice for your particular situation.

Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) do also apply for commercial installs.



School and Community Groups

An increasing part of our business has been with concerned local councils and school groups. Recently we have installed solar systems on two local libraries and we are in the process of helping several schools with large systems.

Currently government grants are available to those groups who can use a photovoltaic system for significant educational value. See Rebates section for details. There may be some changes regarding these rebates so watch this space!
